My father - local activist believes in the ideals of Ukraine’s 2014 revolution. So he decides to run for mayor of his city in an effort to change things for the better. But is our country actually ready to change? Meanwhile the war has dragged on for nearly two years elsewhere in the country.
In this small-scale private story, as under magnifying glass, we follow how does democratic process works in today`s Ukraine and try to answer the question: what happens after the revolution finally won.

Director, producer, social activist and traveler Ulyana Osovska was born in Ukraine. She graduated in international business from Kyiv National Economic University.
Ulyana Osovska was an active participant of the Ukraine's revolution of 2014 which sparked her interest in documenting the world through a camera. She debuted as a director in 2015 with the short documentary "Election Agent", which become a part of annual almanach “Ukrainian voices 2”. In the same year she has co-funded the NGO Docutoloka, which brings together documentary artists and social activists. Next years Docutoloka team have organise several workshops and lectures for documentarists. One of them “Lab Docutoloka” was presented on the biggest ukrainian documentary film festival DOCUDAYS UA.
Documentaries of Ulyana Osovska was shown on plenty festivals in Ukraine as “Gogol Fest” (2015), “ARTGNOSIS” (2016), “Chornobyl Renessainse (2016)” and others.
Her full-length documentary debut "Almost 10,000 Voters" held a World Premiere at the 33rd Warsaw Film Festival (2017) and Ukrainian Premiere at DOCUDAYS UA (2018)
Nowadays Ulyana works on such topics as civic activism, human rights and cultural exchange without borders.
