Jesse Washington

In 1941, orphans Jesse and Jerome (7 yrs old) are taken in by a secret government program that is experimenting on African American twins. Jesse grows stronger while his brother weakens -- and they both develop supernatural abilities. Just after their 18th birthday, Jerome dies and Jesse burns down the research lab and runs away. He is now a fugitive with one of the Government's greatest secrets, on the run in the deep south in the 1950s.
