Intergalactic Tales of the Delusional Mind
A narcissistic filmmaker is given the chance to direct and change his failings as a lover after a mysterious meteorite breaks through his window.
Intergalactic Tales of the Delusional Mind explores a cautionary tale about how pride blinds us to our shortcomings and necrotizes genuine human connection. Parodying the lives of the directing team of Forrest Lorenzen and John Puckett, Intergalactic Tales of the Delusional Mind also provides a cutting commentary on how growing artists struggle to carve out a space in the ever growing and competitive world by often resorting to over compensation.

Forrest Lorenzen and John Puckett are Multimedia majors at Abilene Christian University. Each was instilled with a love for movies at a young age. For Forrest that was through his mother bringing him and his sister to the movies regularly. For John it would be his father sharing his favorite movie, "Jaws" and explaining the complexity of filmmaking to him. Forrest and John met in middle school, where their love for cinema wold transform into a passion to tell stories. From the humble beginnings of a hand-sewn green screen hung in a garage all the way to their first festival attempt today, they each strive to continue to learn and grow in their crafts.
We love to tell stories. We love writing, we love directing, we love editing. We love it all.
