Private Project

Shelterless (Desamparados)

What if you are a child but your parents or family cannot take care of you?
In Spain there are 35,000 children in situations of helplessness and many others at risk.
Miguel and Ulises travel with us on a journey guided by their memories and emotions. With infinite generosity, we discover through their eyes how to live within the system of Child Protection and how their lives have been so different because of one decision.
The lights and shadows of the system, where we protect our children, are depicted in this documentary, where also professionals, who guide in the difficult path of childhood, share their experiences.
