Director Biography - Jesse Handsher, Olivier Roland

Jesse Handsher is a San Francisco based filmmaker. Through his company, Bywater Films, Handsher produces original documentary films, commercials, and other creative direction for brands. His last film project, CASUALTIES OF THE GRIDIRON, was a documentary web series focusing on NFL players and their struggles with brain injuries. The series was distributed by GQ.com and Conde Nast and was nominated for an Emmy in the Sports Docu Series category. Mr. Handsher produces work for the Golden State Warriors, San Francisco Giants, Method Home, USA Today, Buick, The Turtle Conservancy, Main Street Launch, The City of Oakland, DIY Network, HGTV, Ocho Candy and many more brands. He is in development on other documentary film projects as well.
