One Night in Aberdeen
It's August 8th, 2008, a career traveller, and a solitary townie meet as strangers in a chance encounter. Over the course of a blurry night, they slowly learn each others secrets. But as the clock ticks towards morning, will this pair of career loners find in each other, a kindred spirit, or will this just be another fleeting night at the Super 8?
*Unique Fact* This short film is an adaptation of a stage play 'Super 8', originally created by Charles Elliott Netto & Mark Hopkins.
The film has no affiliation with the Super 8 motel chain, but has acquired legal permission to use its logo and name.

If Brett had any musical talent at all, he probably would have been in a rock band. But considering he will never be Bruce Springsteen, he needed to find a way to contribute to a medium that has always affected him - film.
Having been raised in the UK, Norway, Indonesia, Mexico and Canada, he first started making films in University. Gaining a BFA from the U of Lethbridge, he quickly started working in the industry, and pursuing ideas and stories that interested him.
The work he directs is often described as , genuine, charming, entertaining, thoughtful, and visually compelling.
His latest film, 'One Night in Aberdeen', premiered at the Calgary International Film Festival where it swept the awards, taking the Best of Alberta, and Best of Festival.
