Director Biography - Dwight DeWerth-Pallmeyer

Dwight DeWerth-Pallmeyer has a proven track record of success. His first documentary, The Critics: Stories from the Inside Pages, produced on a shoe-string budget of $5000, is now housed in at least 198 libraries world-wide from Singapore to Halifax. The film has been successfully distributed via Films for the Humanities and Sciences and via ArtFilms.co.uk

DeWerth-Pallmeyer is also an effective storyteller. He has written, produced and reported numerous reports for National Public Radio, CBS radio, Monitor radio, hosted TV talk shows, and been cited as an authority on a variety of topics from Forbes, USA Today, Fox 411, the Associated Press, The Christian Science Monitor, o.Canada.com, AZ Central.com, Metro US, among others.

DeWerth-Pallmeyer is an Associate Professor of Communication Studies at Widener University in Chester, PA. He is the author of the book, The Audience In the News. He loves working with both students and media professionals.
