Private Project

Combatants

There was an unknown moment, during the Mexican Revolution when as a Governor, Pancho Villa had the visit of General Álvaro Obregón in Chihuahua. Even in an official meeting, he was secretly considering a possible agreement to fight together. Finally, in 1915, the Battles of Celaya have taken place. The Generals had each one a personal relationship with the people of El Bajío, where they have found allies, which supported them. Both sides had their own purpose and gave it all. Obregón wanted to stop Villa and to win places for President Carranza. Villa wanted to increase people’s chances.
