Embera wera

Embera wera, tells a reflexion about the roll of women in the indigenous community Embera Katio, it is located in a tropical jungle on the west part of antioquia - Colombia. Through the approach to daily life of six women of the community, it is evident that they are the fundamental pillar of the production and reproduction of their kind, perpetuating the incessant struggle for the conservation of their traditions and cultural values through home duties, their representations towards reality and the relation stablished between them and nature.
