Varkari have their religious belief on Saint Eknath. Their Samadhi ( burrowing place)is located in this historical and religious place.
In Paithan the celebrated occasion is Nathshasthi. This day is celebrated when saint Eknath entered in water to take Samadhi. This is the 2nd biggest Vari in India. Different people of different occupations join here for celebration.
