Director Statement

We used to have a pet which was a pekingese and his name was Mopy. I always treated him as a brother, and loved him dearly. However, he passed away the day after Christmas several years ago, and to comfort me my mom told me it was because Santa needs some help, and that was why he borrowed Mopy from us for a short while. That helped me a lot with going through the journey of grief. And hence I decided to create this animation short and dedicate it to Mopy.
