The Last Stop

Izzy Sutton is an independent filmmaker and special fx artist from the Quad Cities. He moved to Davenport, IA from Rockford, IL at the age of 12 and has resided there ever since. He has training in special make-up and fx from Tom Savini's Special Make-Up & FX program in Monessen, PA. Izzy's focus in art and film has been devoted to the horror genre, with a desire to delve into comedy, action and sci-fi. His first short film, 2012's DEAD OF WINTER was the springboard for his first co-directed feature film, 'SPRING FEVER', with Robert Z'Dar (Maniac Cop trilogy, Tango & Cash) in a small role. Izzy is currently working on finishing up that film, and is about to unleash his 3rd short film(co-directed by Chris McElyea), 'THE LAST STOP' upon film festivals in 2017.

Chris McElyea is a Quad Cities native. Talents include; illustration, puppet making, sculpting/mold making, and now movie making. In 2005, he received his degree in special effects make up from the Douglas Education Center. There he met Izzy Sutton, also from the Q.C. He, along with Izzy, set up a locally based creature making company, QC Creature Fabrication. Chris has continued to work on shared projects such as 'Loaded Dice', 'Psycho Magnet', 'Dead of Winter', and his most recent project, 'Spring Fever' which he co-directs.
