Love and Other Stuff is an original short film which throws out preconceived concepts of gender. A "noir" comedic take on life; we pull back a curtain on suburbia, crumbs, relationships, status, obsessions, sensuality, jam, desire, and consequences of working from home.

    Joe is an award winning director and actor. He trained in the Method and Meisner techniques in London, NY and LA. His acting credits include Elizabeth The Golden Age directed by Sherkar Kapoor, Rush directed by Ron Howard and The Man Who Killed Don Quixote directed by Terry Gilliam. He has directed a number of short films which have been officially selected for international festivals including Cannes, AFI, Raindance, LA Film Festival, USA FF, SlamDance, Austin FF, Edmonton (Canada) FF to name just a few. His awards include Best Comedy 6th Nice Film Festival ( Route Canal ), Best Actor 13th Monaco Film Festival ( Route Canal ), Best Original Short 44th USA FF ( A Bit Older and a Little Bit Taller ). Joe has also produced many films and plays, such as Plato’s Breaking Point , A Place To Stay and The Interrogation of Olivia Donovan

    Having spent a nomadic life travelling the globe, Liz finally settled across London and LA to pursue her childhood dream of acting and was promptly taken under the wing of award-winning film and music director Marcel Mandu ( The Wish ), starring in his early film, The Journey, and currently in development on a new feature due for production in 2018. She starred in her TV debut after being talent spotted by The Temptations’ Cornelius Grant, who cast her alongside himself as co-host of Do You Think You’re Funny . Following her return to London, Liz has starred in a number of short films, theatre productions and commercials, working with highly-acclaimed directors such as Jeremy Wooding and a current career high being cast alongside Barbara Windsor! Alongside her acting career, having written and performed numerous stand-up comedy gigs, Liz turned her hand to writing and co-wrote Lunar Park , a comedy web series. Love and Other Stuff is her first short film script and she is currently in development on a new feature, Polly .

She worked with Tread Softly Productions on the independent feature film, Lovelorn , distributed by FilmWorks Entertainment and with producer Christine Hartland ( WMD , Containment ) on a new feature film, Nitrate , which won highly sought-after development funding from the European Commission MEDIA programme. Some of her other productions include the Film London short, Driver , by BAFTA-nominated director Stephen Fingleton, Duncan Wellaway's Henry Cowell and she executive produced The River , with Clive Russell & Robert Emms. She was founder and director of the BBC Shorts Film Festival and is a committee member of the Royal Television Society, London
