After 20 years as a sports writer and five more teaching journalism and sports communication at the college level, Kevin Capie decided it was time to start adding some fiction to his writing instead of only using facts. He has completed three features and one short, HOMECOMING, which earned some notice in the minor-est of minor screenplay writing contests. That early success was enough to keep him writing and pursuing his third act. Kevin lives in Peoria, Illinois with his wife and son.
