Socks are disappearing. A man has a real problem. He tries different socks but still the same problem and he’s running out of socks. Instead of solving the problem, he finds a remedy. He buys a box load of similar white socks. Now it won’t matter if he loses socks, he can still pair them up with each other. But where do the socks go?

Rommel is a film graduate from San Diego State University and the Los Angeles Film School. After editing a feature called “Uploaded: the Asian American Movement” documenting Asian Americans increasing visibility in New Media, Rommel decided to move to LA to expand his opportunities in film. Rommel is an active participant in the 48 Hour Film Project in San Diego/LA and the Asian Film Lab’s 72 Hour Film Shootout. He actively collaborates with the International Secret Agents (ISAtv), Wong Fu Productions, music artists and other YouTube channels. Rommel continues to immerse himself in all aspects of film and hopes to create a feature movie soon.
Sometimes I lose my socks in the dryer and then I have to throw away the left over pair or use it as a rag. What really happens to that sock? This idea stemmed from my actor friend, Will and I found it so funny. So I pushed the idea into the comedy and gave it a twist of fantasy.
