1200 Steps
1200 steps traces the director's journey and personal attachments to her neighborhood in the city of Alexandria. She reflects on her experiences, hanging onto her memories and inherited family narratives. Her mother's recollections serve as an act of remembrance through storytelling helping her create connections to a constantly growing and somewhat alienating city.
