Synopsis

Solon, a naive kung fu monk from Tibet, lands in Alaska, USA.

There, a con man steals his passport, ID and money, and Solon is unable to leave the country to return to Tibet to participate in a kung fu tournament that's about to begin.

To get a new passport, he must work with a police officer and outsmart the con man to get him into jail.

Will he succeed?
