Amr Nabeel and Grant Morningstar are student filmmakers based in Los Angeles since 2017. They aim to produce content that pushes the envelope; by experimenting with different film techniques and genres. They seek to act as social commentators on universal issues such as identity (or lack thereof) and injustice. As filmmakers, they understand the social responsibility that media has in shaping minds, ideas and policies. Therefore, the stories they produce focus on characters that typically don’t have a voice in the public sphere; thus acting as a voice for the voiceless. Furthermore, the characters and narratives portrayed in their films depict subjects that aren't usually seen in mainstream media; such as their most recent film, “10 Minutes to Live” which centers around a gay Arabic lead.
