A hydroelectric power plant promotes the silting up of its reservoir lake, causing the death of wildlife and the destruction of a scenic landscape from which a community's livelihood comes.

Named with the protocol number of the public license that allows the power plant functioning, the film invites to a sensory audiovisual journey on environmental destruction in exchange for electricity.
