My morning routine.
Can a young soldier with GoPro change the perspective on biggest bloodshed in Europe since WW2?
-"I wake up, then i meditate for 1 hour and drink a glass of lemon water..."
Have you seen stuff like this on social media?
IVideos that are touting the "perfect" routine, a set of actions supposed to gear you up. Is this "perfect morning routine" hype a good thing or just a social media fad?
I decided to show my routine. The one i am voluntarily forced to live with, and the one that also helps me to achieve my goals.
With the one thing, that differs it - i am 19 y.o. soldier of Ukrainian army, fighting the hottest frontline in the world.
