During COVID 2/7/2121: Virtual screening with a Cocktail Hour Roundtable Discussion, two screening blocks, live Q&A with filmmakers, & an award ceremony.

During COVID 11/21/2020 with a postponement: Drive-in style @ The Lofts at Swift Mills (1510 6th Ave Columbus, GA) w/ food trucks, a bar, VIP box seating, special filmmaker lawn seating, lawn seating & parking spots for two screening blocks, live Q&A afterwards, an award ceremony & afterparty!

Pre-COVID: Planned to host at Pop UPtown in Columbus, GA, kicking off with a moderated Brunch Panel featuring Film Professionals by Bare Roots & Iron Bank Coffee, Three Screenings & Filmmaker Q&A afterwards, Cocktail Networking Mixer (with apps at Stock Market next door), Awards show and After-party at The Loft! Also, a special film crew with a podcast on-site (The Talkies/Springer Film) interviewing guests and serving cash/card full bar all day.

Pop Up Video Film Festival (PUVFF) supports, highlights, and celebrates filmmakers and writers from the local to the international short film scene.

We know cash is king, so we have cash prizes for two winners and certificates for eight.

GENERAL RULES
Any short film with a running time of 1 minute to 30 minutes, including credits.

Entries must be submitted as a digital submission.

Films cannot be tied to a distribution deal.

Once selected, the filmmaker must have available either DCP or digital "print" (minimum format is Quicktime) for projection.

Participants agree that clips from their film and all other material related to their project may be used and/or published for any PUVFF promotional purposes which PUVFF deems appropriate.

If selected, all commercial/private property including all trademark/copyrighted materials shown or recorded on the project is the responsibility of the filmmaker. PUVFF will not take responsibility for any infringement of copywritten materials.

The cost of delivery and pick-up of all materials is the responsibility of the filmmakers.
