Nathan "Nate" Sellers is a visual artist and independent filmmaker, becoming known for his versatile work behind the camera. His short film 'The Watcher' (2022) received notable recognition, winning "Best Horror Short" at GenreBlast Film Festival in 2023, as well as "Best Short Film" at Flatland Film Festival in 2022. In addition to directing, Nate has contributed as a producer on various projects, including the folk-horror film 'The Thaw' (2023), directed by Sarah Wisner and Sean Temple, and starring Toby Poser and Emily Bennett.
Nate grew up in Westford, Massachusetts, and later moved to Pennsylvania where he established himself as a documentary film editor and graphic artist. In 2017, he teamed up with close friend, Bekah Jordan, and began developing experimental projects back home in New England ('You Can Call Me Light'). Since then, Nate has won multiple screenwriting awards for his scripts ('Devotion,' 'My Own Shadow') and founded the no-budget film collective, Lone Horse Films.
