Born, raised, and worked as a sales person for DELL computer in Japan.

Moved to Los Angeles from Tokyo to be an actor in 1999. He is in “Last Samurai”, “Spiderman 2”, “Inception” and so on. After he made an independent movie with his friends, he started focusing on the production side. Since then, he has experienced camera department, sound department, and grip & electric department in several films. He founded a video production company, KOBY PICTURES, in 2003 and has made movies, TV commercials, promotional videos, and documentaries as a director/editor.

“BE HONEST” was a semi-finalist at Indies Movie Festival in 2002.

“CHIN UP” was a semi-finalist at Hollywood Spiritual Film and Entertainment Festival in 2004.

His short film “Glorious Sound” is based on true story. The story is about Sir Robert Edwards who successfully pioneered conception through IVF, which led to birth of Louse Brown on 25 July 1978. And 32 years later he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine “for the development of in vitro fertilization”. The film received favorable reviews even from many friends of Sir Robert Edwards.
