Ian Wilson is a screenwriter, filmmaker and actor living in Nova Scotia, Canada. His screenplays and films have won or been selected at a wide range of film festivals across Canada, the USA, the UK and Europe,
Ian began his acting career at the Fort Theatre in Glasgow, Scotland along with school friends, Peter Capaldi and Kevin McMonagle, who themselves went on to significant acting success. He is known for his ability to perform with various accents but loves his native Scots accent, especially Glaswegian.
He holds an MBA from York University, Toronto and has applied his business knowledge as a mentor for a number of arts organizations.
