The first Mars lander returns to Earth with a unknown stowaway on board - a deadly entity that can switch between digital and corporeal forms.

The film was made in 48 hours for the London Sci-Fi Society 48 hour filmmaking competition April 2013. It was written, produced and directed by Brendan O'Neill.

Neil Oseman - the "Spielberg of Hereford" was the Director of Photography with music provided by Hans Hess.

It starred award winning Irish actor Michael Parle and Underwire festival Best Actress winner Isa Eleri Ure as well as BBC The Archers actor Ian Brooker.

Director Biography - Brendan O'Neill

Brendan O'Neill is a Birmingham born and based writer, producer and director with a range of projects in development.

In 2011 he was selected for the Regional Producer Mentoring Scheme run by Screen WM and was mentored by Rachel Robey (London to Brighton)

He is currently participating in the 104 Films' Generator scheme which involved attendance at Edinburgh Film Festival in 2013 and the London Screenings event in 2014.

In 2010 his Stickleback Production’s team won the 2 Weeks 2 Make It music video competition. Since then as writer/producer in the Film Division collaboration he has twice put 50 person teams together to make high quality 48 hour shorts.

His most recent short Fled was shot in April '13. I crowdfunded, wrote, produced and directed - putting together an international cast and crew of 37.

Around Again (Festival Cut) which was produced by Brendan in 2012 won the 2015 UK parliamentary Film The House competition.

Originally a 48 hr competition 5 minute film - the 10 minute out-of-competition version was based on the story written by Brendan for the original 48hr film.
