Andrea Jean Plamondon is a multifaceted artist whose recent work and first foray into film, “Only Eden” has been winning and placing in film festivals internationally. An operatically trained vocalist in the Russian school, Plamondon was told early in her career that her voice would land leading roles in the Metropolitan Opera. She received early acceptance and a full scholarship to Mass College of Art, and holds a degree in Poetics from New College of Ca. Plamondon has fronted bands in various genres, including Celtic, Middle Eastern, Ladino, and pop. She has also played leading roles in several theatrical and operatic productions. Her songs and collaborations have aired on internet and FM stations, charted in Itunes, and been included in the Grammy nomination ballots via Woa Records and their chart topping compilations. One of the singers original collaborations “Dreams" was selected for National Indie Radios Best songs of 2019 Radio Special, and Plamondon was selected for BWH MusicGroups 2020 Women to Watch. Albums by the artist include "Songs for Forever”, which was released in 2022, and features music by Ennio Morricone, Michal Lorenc, and three original songs co-written with composer and orchestrator Connor Hutton, who has assisted Academy Award Winning directors, Ridley Scott Peter Pau and others.
